New TC 2 BR Condo w/Rooftop Hot Tubs, Top Location

Rejuvenate in this cozy, 2-bedroom condo. Located centrally in Traverse City, you’ll be close to beaches (less than a mile), trails & lively downtown life. Once you enter, you’ll feel charmed by the handmade & unique touches your hosts curated for you. High ceilings & oversized windows will give an airy, open feel. This is the perfect place to land after a day of exploring in Northern Mi & a great place for relaxing in one of the 10 2-person rooftop hot tubs. One dog under 50 lbs allowed. The space This bright condo was built in 2023. The tall 11' ceilings, oversized windows and exposed industrial design give space, warmth, and a modern feel. Your hosts, two tight-knit couples from college days, created this space just for you. We had fun purchasing items locally, antique and new, to give you that memorable feeling while you’re vacationing. Sleep in comfort with blackout shades, fans, restful beds and linens. The living space includes a 58" smart TV. The master bedroom includes a king mattress, 58" smart TV, and walk-in shower inside the en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen mattress, luggage rack, and clothes wardrobe. The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, spices, paper towels, trash bags, oil spray, ziplock bags, containers, and more. The immaculate bathroom includes toilet paper, hair dryer, towels, and all-in-one wash. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer and detergent provided so you can go home with clean clothes. Dogs As dog owners ourselves, we know how important it is to bring your small to medium sized pup with you on vacation (Please do not exceed 50 lbs). Please keep your well-behaved dog always on a 6-foot leash. If your dog is an excessive barker, this may not be the place for them. Because the condo is new (and we’d love to keep it that way for our guests), please do not allow your dog up on the couches unless you place a towel or sheet over it. And of course, always clean up after them outside the property. Guest access This condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator or stairs to get there. You also have access to the rooftop which has 10 hot tubs for use. Stairs or elevator allow you to access the rooftop (level 5). For your convenience, there is one designated free parking spot right on the condo property. Simply park in your room number and wheel your luggage to your cozy condo. If working remotely or simply browsing, there is fast speed fiber internet. And for your entertainment, there is a smart TV in the main living space and another smart TV in the master bedroom. Other things to note As dog owners ourselves, we know how important it is to bring your small to medium sized pup with you on vacation (Please do not exceed 50 lbs). Please keep your well-behaved dog always on a 6-foot leash. If your dog is an excessive barker, this may not be the place for them. Because the condo is new (and we’d love to keep it that way for our guests), please use one of the couch covers in the armoire we have provided for you. And of course, always clean up after them on the outside property. There is a dog run grass area onsite in the parking lot for them to stretch their legs. Please include the 1 pet at time of reservation, a flat $65 charge will be included to cover the additional cleaning required, thank you.
