The apartment is in a historic building in the City of Buenos Aires, former Hotel Moreno. This loft is 44 m2, can accommodate up to 2 people with a double bed. The building is 2 blocks from Plaza de Mayo/Casa Rosada, and 1/2 block from Defensa Street, which is where the San Telmo Fair is held on Sundays. ATTENTION: Those stays that have a monthly discount must pay the electricity bill separately. The departemento is rented full and is for up to two (2) people.
