Ri-Palei Villa is a peaceful 6-acre countryside escape located right on the Shillong–Guwahati highway, offering easy access to Shillong, Guwahati, Nongpoh, Byrnihat and Umiam Lake. With 6 bedrooms, 5 attached bathrooms, a spacious hall, dining room and kitchenette, it’s perfect for families and groups. Guests enjoy open green spaces, quiet walks and a private lake—an ideal blend of comfort, nature and convenient travel. The space Ground Floor Bedroom 1: Attached bathroom; accessible from the common hall and also through a separate exterior entrance. Bedroom 2: Spacious room accessible from inside the villa; its dedicated bathroom is located just across a narrow hallway. A common hall, common toilet, and dining room with facilities to heat food, a sink, and a water dispenser are also on this floor. A fully functional kitchenette is available for guest use, equipped with essential appliances and utensils (veg-only and combined veg/non-veg sets). First Floor The remaining 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. 1 bedroom has its dedicated bathroom located across a narrow hallway. All 4 rooms have access from the internal hallway as well as separate exterior access points. Bathrooms All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, WC, washbasin and shower. Outdoor Space Guests also have access to the villa’s 6-acre property, featuring open green spaces, walking areas, BBQ equipment and a peaceful private lake—offering plenty of room to unwind and enjoy nature. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire villa, including all bedrooms, the hall, dining room and kitchenette. The property’s 6 acres are open for you to explore—walk around the lake, relax in the open fields or enjoy an outdoor BBQ. There is ample space for parking and plenty of room to unwind in nature. Other things to note Ri-Palei Villa offers a nature-filled stay on a large, open property. Guests may experience occasional insects or natural sounds typical of the countryside. The kitchenette is ideal for simple meal preparation. The villa runs on a single-phase line, so guests may need to stagger geyser use during peak times. Children should be supervised around the lake and outdoor spaces. BBQ equipment is available for use.
