Via the B36 you can reach the Messe Karlsruhe and the dm-Arena in just under 10 minutes. Rastatt with its Mercedes factory can also be reached via the B36 in 10 minutes, to the factory a little longer. If you do not have your own vehicle, you can reach the tram or bus in less than 5 minutes on foot. The train stations Rastatt or Karlsruhe are only about 10 minutes away. A drive to the Palatinate with its beautiful castles and viticulture or to the Northern Black Forest takes about 40 minutes by car. Both regions are also accessible by tram, although the journey then takes longer. Currently, the apartment does not have a washing machine. If you ever need it, you can give us the laundry to wash. From 15 days of stay, a washing machine and a freezer are at your disposal. In the bedroom, the beds can be set up individually or as a double bed. The sofa bed is 1.20 m. A baby travel cot is provided with linen if needed, as is a high chair.
