Hoxne Farm Cottages are 4 luxury cottages with hot tubs. Sleeps 17 guests in total. Ideal for large groups for any occasion - hen, stag, family gatherings etc. Our cottages are all adjoined within a private location, complete with an outdoor communal seating area. Sunflower, Daisy and Poppy cottages sleep 4 guests and Poppy sleeps 5. They all have 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 large single beds (Poppy Cottages has 3 x single beds in the second bedroom). Each cottage has its own bathroom and large open plan kitchen/dining living area. Each cottage has its own luxury private HOT TUB within the outdoor space at no additional cost. All cottages have smart TV's in the living areas and additional TV's in the master bedrooms. Free parking on site for up to 8 cars. Guest access Full access to all four cottages and their private external areas. Other things to note Early check-in and late checkout available -Please contact Tony Travel cots and high chairs are available upon request. Rose Cottage has disabled access with a ramp entry, large internal doors and a large wet room. Our Rose Cottage is pet friendly allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Strict rules apply to pets - no pets allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. Pets must be supervised at all times. All our cottages have their own LOG BURNERS - we supply a basket of complimentary logs and starter box. Additional logs and starter boxes are available to purchase on site. No blue tak/tape/nails on walls for decorations please. Noise - We kindly ask for a reasonable level of noise up until midnight please. We are happy to make recommendations for third party companies eg balloon decorations, cocktail making masterclass and live cooking etc, we just ask that any additional service bookings are run past us first. Please note that any additional services booked are entirely between guests and external parties. We are unable to offer a booking, liaison or contact service for guests in this respect.
