The cottage is equipped with all the basic needs for your stay. Cooking utensils, coffee machine, towels and linens. Queen bed in the bedroom with a television. Living room is suited with a couch, television, and dining area, all open to the magnificent view of the water. Come and experience our beautiful cottage and our spectacular view here in Goodland. The Backyard area is vast, and we do have some other rentals, so the outside/ backyard area is considered a shared space. The kayaks are communal, as well as the ramp, and the dock. Our property has multiple units on it, and the backyard is available to anyone who is staying with us. There is a chance that you may see another couple, or other people, for that matter, including myself, but, it’s a very quiet and very private property. There is a chance that you may not even see anyone at all as well during your stay. It is a very quiet and very peaceful location. Guest access We have bicycles and kayaks available for your stay, and you are welcome to use our dock to walk out on, sit out on, and to tie up your boat, during your stay. Our neighborhood is as unique as it gets. It’s a quiet historic fishing village. Off the beaten path, with a laid back vibe. On the outskirts of the hustle & bustle of Marco. Our location is very quiet, and peaceful. Epic Shelling & Fishing Location Other things to note Plenty of parking for boat & jet ski trailers- with dockage Please note, we are not beachfront, and we are within a 10 minute drive to the beach. We are certainly “Bay Front” Laundry room is a common area, that is shared, located in a separate building on the property. If booking within the months of July, August, September, and Early October, the island of Goodland becomes very very quiet. The local restaurants on Goodland all close during those months, but within a few minute drive, Marco Island is open and busy all summer long. Goodland certainly gets “sleepy” during that time. Which you may very much enjoy- the real solitude of it all. I know I appreciate it. Bicycles are not available June- September
