Due to its location, having a car is essential for convenience and ease of getting around, including daily needs and exploring the island. For those who prefer to forgo a car, a bus stop is located on the TF-1, about a kilometer from the property, a distance manageable on foot or by bike. Located along the coastline, Casita Noctiluca is the ground floor of a modest two-story house attached to other similar homes that reflect the local architecture. The renovated apartment, with a street-level entrance, has one bedroom with a window that brings in natural light. The room features wardrobes and a Smart TV. The kitchen, with a breakfast bar, is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, and washer-dryer, and it opens into the living room, which includes a sofa bed for two people and another Smart TV. Both the bathroom and living room are interior spaces. The apartment also includes air conditioning. Just a few meters from the property, you’ll find the village’s only café-restaurant, which also offers basic groceries.
