The space This property consists of a main house with an efficiency apartment located above the garage that occasionally may be occupied by the owners and their golden doodle. The apartment has its own entrance and interaction with guests will be limited unless the guests initiates more conversation. Notice will be given to the guests if the owners intend to occupy the apartment, however it may be short notice such as a day or two in advance. Owners will keep their stay as brief as possible and not interfere with parking or guest spaces. Guest access Guests staying at Bella Vista will have access to the spacious entryway with stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms, 1/2 bath, 2 living rooms, 2 dining spaces, kitchen, open patio off of the TV room, full wrap around covered porch on the main level. Upstairs offers 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, the laundry room and office. 3 of the 4 bedrooms offer walk in closets. There are 3 king size beds and 1 queen bed. Parking is level and and offers plenty of space to park. There is also a small front yard on the ocean side of the house. Other things to note The fire pit located at the back of property and the shed are not for guests use as they are shared with our neighbor. Exterior cameras are present.
