You will step into a retro vibe with clean, modern amenities, new appliances and free access to a washer and dryer. This space sleeps 3 comfortably with a king size bed and a new, full-size sleeper sofa. This space is in close proximity to downtown, waterfront, restaurants and breweries. PLEASE READ THE FULL LISTING DESCRIPTION TO BE BEST PREPARED FOR YOUR STAY. There is a full kitchen including a new refrigerator, new stove, moderate cooking supplies and a Keurig for coffee lovers. This unit does not have a dishwasher. Other amenities include hair dryer, iron, noise machine and pack n’ play for babies. You also have free access to a washing machine and dryer shared with a second rental unit. This unit has a Roku TV requiring access by logging into existing accounts to stream shows and movies. Wifi is provided. This is an urban location one mile from downtown and the Bellingham marina. The apartment is above a breakfast restaurant, so minimal sound may travel in the morning. For those sensitive to noise, there is a noise machine provided in each bedroom. The bonus is you are one staircase walk away from delicious breakfast options! Guest access Guests have access to the apartment and the laundry room shared with a second unit in the building. The apartment is on the second floor with stair access only (no elevator). The entrance to the unit is on the side of the building with a blue mural facing the fountain. At the top of the stairs is a key-coded lock. A code will be sent prior to check-in. Parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is street parking along the neighborhood streets of Broadway, Halleck and Peabody.
