Room 03 - Double room

The B&B is newly renovated and features modern, elegant surroundings with great attention to detail and guest comfort, which is also guaranteed by the care taken in the choice of linen and amenities. The facility is fully automated both during booking and check-in. The space Room surface area: 35 square metres Prestigious and elegant 35 sq. m. double bedroom on 2 levels, whose architectural renovation identifies its uniqueness. The room has a small hallway with a first bathroom complete with shower and all the necessary comforts, including a courtesy set. Entering the room, you will find a living area with a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, soundproof walls, desk, mini-bar with small welcome treats, kettle with herbal teas and biscuits; upstairs on a mezzanine made of wood and glass, there is the master double bed, flat screen TV, large open shower and bathroom complete with courtesy set and disposable slippers. Thanks to the large window in the living area, the room enjoys pleasant ambient brightness and a beautiful view of Via Melchiorre Delfico with a glimpse of the Duomo and the Piazza.
