Located in the famed Huacas section of Nosara, Casa Vista Hermosa is not your 'average' vacation rental. It is a heaven of peace and privacy surrounded on three sides by a wildlife refuge. Once you pass through the gate and drive down a short driveway, you will enter the house by a large wooden door and will be greeted by a feeling of spaciousness. The space Going down a flight of stairs, you will be in a large open room with high ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped with concrete counter tops and plenty of space to cook up a feast. There are two seating areas offering comfortable chairs, sofa and a flat screen TV. The kitchen and living area opens up to the outside patio and swimming pool. Dine al fresco on a large table for gourmet meals, playing cards, or various games or just enjoy the cool breezes. On the wooden sun deck right above the jungle you have hummingbirds and butterflies around. In the mornings you can have your coffee here, or practice yoga and in the afternoons the sundeck is the perfect place to have your sundowner drinks while listening to the jungle sounds and watching the amazing colors of the sky.The master bedroom offers the best ocean views to the north. It is located up a small staircase to the right of the front door and has a king bed, plenty of storage, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Sliding doors open to a balcony overlooking the jungle and a view of Ostional beach. Imagine falling asleep with the rise of the full moon and waking up with the rising sun! The guest bedroom is downstairs at the living room level, and has two twin beds that can be made into a king bed, a bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet that also can be accessed by the pool terrace. The guest room also offers a little desk with office chair if you need to work. The positioning of this house is such that you enjoy sunrises coming over the mountains and cooler temperatures throughout the afternoon. Guest access Guests have access to all of the property. Other things to note A note about Nosara: We look forward to helping you step back in time, relax and enjoy the Pura Vida of Costa Rica, and there are a few things to be aware of before your visit. While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. These issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and management company and may come without advance notice. If internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend researching internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Nosara is a rapidly growing community and many areas have construction noise, typically between 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update properties impacted by construction, but we are not always given advance notice of a project. The septic system in Nosara does not permit flushing of toilet paper.
