This is a Showa retro house built in 38 years. On the premises, you can have a barbecue and have a field where you can grow your own food. Since public transportation is inconvenient, if you let us know in advance, we can purchase ingredients and pick you up from the Kushimoto Station area by car. There are no places nearby where you can walk and shop. Breakfast is included in the accommodation fee. If you wish to have dinner, we will accept it for an additional charge of 2000 yen. The space 8 tatami Japanese style room...TV, 4 futon sets, air conditioning and heating Kitchen... tableware, refrigerator, microwave, toast, stove, cooking set (Pots, baskets, knives, hot plates, mixers, etc.) Seasonings (salt, sugar, vinegar, mirin, cooking sake, pepper, etc.) Bathroom: Washing machine (dryer, 500 yen charge) Can be dried indoors using a dehumidifying dryer (free of charge) Heating and cooling (combined kitchen and bathroom) There is a space for barbecuing on the premises. BBQ set (1 set)　 (Paid 2000 yen, ingredients and charcoal charges not included) We also have our own vegetable garden. Other things to note ・Please refrain from using the facility if you run, act violently, get drunk, or engage in other nuisance behavior. ・Pets are not allowed indoors, but you can leave them on a leash outside. ・Smoking is not allowed indoors, please smoke in the designated area outside. ・Please contact us in advance if you would like to have a BBQ. 　As a general rule, customers are asked to bring their own food and 　charcoal. OK to bring BBQ equipment. 　BBQ equipment set (2000 yen) if you wish to rent equipment. 　Grilling table, net, fire scissors, work gloves, lighter, etc. ・Since it is a place with a lot of nature, there are insects, living things, and thorny weeds. 　Please take measures against insects when you go out. 　(We would appreciate it if you could bring long sleeves and long pants even if you are staying in the summer.) ・Please do not touch weeds or other objects needlessly. ★If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to consult us. 　I can only speak Japanese, but I will try my best to communicate.
