Stains from makeup, nail polish, blood, or other substances require special treatment, and in some cases, may be impossible to remove. If a stain cannot be removed, the item may need to be replaced, and the cost could be charged to you. We kindly ask that you treat these items with care, as you would your own. GETTING AROUND: Right in the center of Yeldeğirmeni. Many cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc are within a couple minutes of walking distance. - 6 minutes by walk to the seashore - 6 minutes to the main bus station where the airport shuttle station is located - 8-10 minutes by walk to Kadıköy fish bazaar - 8-10 minutes by walk to subway, ferries (for Prince Islands and European side), and transportation hub that 24h services the whole city. They are all cheap and easy to take you to the European Side and historical sightseeing places.) FINES & FEES FOR THE VIOLATIONS - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any violation will result in a 100 EUR penalty fee - Lost keys will incur a 35 EUR replacement fee - If keys are left inside the door lock, requiring locksmith assistance, a 60 EUR service charge will apply Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and will be provided with one set of keys for your convenience.
