Guest suite in Prescott

Conveniently located one block from the courthouse, this house is nestled in a quiet community just off Whiskey Row (Montezuma). There is a lot of privacy and isolation for your full relaxation. This room is a blocked off from the rest of the home and is independent of itself. You have your own private entrance and keyed entry. This space is simply an oasis! There is direct access to the outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy the salt water jacuzzi hot tub, the glass firepit, and BBQ grill. The space There is a manual in the room that explains how to use everything, i.e., television, fire pit, salt water hot tub, etc. There are also additional materials for events downtown and local menus for your convenience. Please adhere to the house rules, including quiet hours and consideration for our neighbors. We are in close proximity to our neighbors, so please understand the noise ordinance and house rules will be enforced. Guest access Guests can use the outdoor patio, Jacuzzi salt water hot tub, fire pit seating space, lounge chairs, and BBQ grill area. Please note that the RING system has been added to our property for the safety of our guests and our property. Guests need to coordinate with the host their time of arrival. Check-in time has to be prearranged with the host and adhered to within 30 minutes, as we will have a few things to show you for the comfort of your stay. Other things to note Please make sure you adhere to the house rules and not have late night parties. We wouldn't want any of our neighbors disturbed, as this is a residential community with homes in close proximity. We have recently updated our listing to indicate surveillance at the front entrance due to guest misrepresentation. A violation to this request will result in a forfeiture of deposit and an immediate request to vacate the property. Illegal substances are not permitted at this location. There is a noise ordinance in Prescott Chapter 5-4-1 that indicates quiet hours after 10:00 pm every night. Unreasonably loud and disturbing noise within the city limits is hereby prohibited.
