It is an ideal starting point to get to know Graz. The property is very conveniently located, in the immediate vicinity there are bus and tram stops, restaurants and supermarkets. A bakery and café are just around the corner. The space The bright accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (pull-out sofa) and is on the 2nd floor. It has 2 rooms. In the first room is the living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a (sleeping) sofa. In addition, there is access to the beautiful balcony, which overlooks the countryside. In the second room is the bedroom as well as the work area. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. You can easily reach the property by elevator. For an extra charge, a covered parking space is available directly at the property. Other things to note The city of Graz charges a €2.50 overnight and tourist tax per person per night. This is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site.
