New addition of two air-conditioned rooms (living room and double room). It is a completely renovated floor, with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two 90cm single beds. We have WiFi, Wii, TV, a full kitchen but no oven. Separate bathroom on the same floor and underfloor heating throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be common or independent to the liking of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue. The space We have all the amenities for a perfect stay: an area for our guests to have breakfast, a TV, lots of light, a comfortable sofa, blankets, a hairdryer, towels, some boxes of toys for children if they wish, a Wii, space for outdoor breakfast... Air conditioning and heated floors in winter. Guest access Air conditioning in the living room and double bedroom. There are no common areas to share with neighbors, only the parking lot. The upper part of the house can be accessed through the same entrance on the street as my family, but once inside the access is by a staircase that is separate from our house and we also have a security door that separates both floors. This independent floor can also be accessed by stairs located in the garden totally independent of our house. Both options can be valid for our guests to choose. The doors of the rooms have an internal latch. Other things to note For families with children, the price can be adjusted by 10% from the fifth day. From the 2nd day, €4 will be charged for a pet supplement.
