PARKING AREA/ OUTDOOR: Street parking is available. Guest access - Parking: Free, unrestricted street parking is right in front of the house. We ask that you do not block our neighbor's driveways or mailboxes please! And please follow general US street parking regulations (park on the correct side of the street, within 18in of the curb). There is no on-street parking on Monday mornings from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. There is street sweeping, so please be on the lookout for that and we will make arrangements to park in our driveway. - Keyless check in/out (entry code will be provided upon check in) - Living room: Sofa can be used as additional bed. Other things to note -The guest will have to go down a dozen of stairs to check in for this suite. -Footsteps from upstairs will be heard occasionally. -Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras are in place. check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. If we find that the guest smokes, electronic cigarettes and marijuana in the room or in a place where smoking is not allowed, we will deduct $200 from you Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet. Please do not eat or makeup in bed Our suite's quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Security: The property is equipped with security cameras that are installed on the exterior of the property, such as the front entrance and parking area.
