Flint House - North Norfolk Coastal Retreat

A beautifully appointed, luxurious, modern and spacious house by the sea. Located in a quiet village on the North Norfolk coast, minutes from the beach. Perfect for outdoorsy summer holidays, but equally comfortable and cosy for a winter break. The pretty garden and bright open plan interiors make this a truly unique holiday home. The owners have teamed up with blackdoordining, a private chef for those special occasions, a lazy night in or even a summer barbecue. (subject to availability) The space Flint House is a luxurious newly constructed detached house, enviably located in historic Burnham Thorpe, the birthplace of Lord Admiral Nelson. The property has a sunny south facing garden and the house has been tastefully furnished to an extremely high standard. This wonderful property has a large open plan ground floor with a stylish media wall and bifold doors opening on to the garden. 3 large bedrooms upstairs with en-suite bathrooms can be set up as super-king size beds or 2 single beds per bedroom on prior notice. Mattresses are hotel-grade. One further bedroom is situated on the ground floor with a downstairs loo close by. It is ideally situated within walking distance of the Lord Nelson pub, the village playing fields and only a few minutes drive into the Georgian village of Burnham Market, the coast and Holkham Hall. Guest access Parking for up to two cars is available on the driveway at the back of the house. Other things to note Whilst we accept a maximum of 2 dogs, we charge £55 per dog per stay. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture and must not be left alone in the house. Please always clean up after your dog. There will be a claim made through Airbnb for any damage caused. Please respect our home as you would your own. A private chef, blackdoordining can be booked subject to availability. Treat yourself to a special occasion! There is a Nespresso machine but you will need to bring your own Nespresso original pods. Beach towels are not provided. There is an outdoor tap / hose in the garden for washing down after the beach. Electric Vehicle charging not available on site. The nearest EV charging point is in Burnham Market. Please do not use the house electricity supply to charge your electric vehicle.
