"Tenuta Ulivo" is one of two parts, completely independent, in which an ancient rural building from the 1950s is divided. Renovated with care and attention, respecting the original materials and the history of its walls, this property will give its guests moments of relaxation in the quiet of the countryside, without sacrificing proximity to the village. The space Located in the quiet of the Salento countryside, but only one kilometer from the village and a few minutes from the coast, this solution is particularly suitable for large families and groups, being divided into two apartments. Twins in composition (they have a kitchen with a kitchenette, - in one there is also a dishwasher - two double bedrooms and a bathroom), they can comfortably accommodate eight people. Tenuta Ulivo will make you feel like at home, complete asitis with every comfort: ceiling fans in the rooms, air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV. Outside the quiet of a manicured garden, complete with barbecue area and laundry area and, much appreciated (and not only by the little ones!) a round wooden pool. The rural context in which it rises is full of farms/farmhouses, which can also be reached on foot, a testament to a particularly flourishing agricultural tradition. The tranquility of the streets also allows for trekking. Do not underestimate the strategic location to visit the most beautiful towns in Salento, not only on the coast (for example, nearby, the natural pools of Marina Serra), but also in the hinterland, its characteristic villages. Other things to note Bath and bed linen are not included, the rental cost is 15 euros per person. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30. Pets are also allowed with an additional €50.
