Basement Suite on a Goat Farm

Talk about a one-of-a-kind experience! This spacious basement suite, with a separate entrance to the main log house, is one of the most unique places to stay in Rossland BC. The suite is located in the centre of Impulazi Ranch - a 29 acre goat & sheep farm, complete with 360o mountain views and all the peace and quiet that you could ask for on a farm. Hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing & slack country skiing trails from your front door! Red Mountain is a 12 minute drive from the farm. The space The Suite Walk-out basement suite with separate entrance. Located below the main log farmhouse inhabited by home owners. Parking available for 2 vehicles. Two large windows in the living room make the space very light and the views are fantastic! The suite comprises of: Mud room with ski or bike storage available Open plan kitchen & living room TV with Prime Video included Two large sofas - one with a queen pull out bed Very large bedroom with queen sized bed, lots of closet space and a designated office area Bathroom includes a large shower (no tub) Washer and Dryer Cool in the summer (no need for A/C) and has lots of radiant heat to keep you warm in the winter. Kitchen Amenities: Apartment sized oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker and filters. Farm Animals: Depending on the season, the animals are either easily viewable from the driveway or are only a short walk away in an adjacent field. Update July 2024: We have 3 lambs born June 29th and kids due in mid August. Please book directly with Amanda to view the babies. Guest access Guests have access to the suite and parking area and any trails around the property. To visit the farm animals, please book a time with Amanda. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Winter Roads & Snow **4x4 Vehicles with Winter Tires Strongly Recommended** AWD vehicles with winter tires (not all seasons) at minimum are required for you to enjoy your stay with us in the winter months. We are outside the city limits and our roads are not well plowed or well serviced by towing companies. Pets are not permitted for the safety of our livestock. Thank you for understanding.
