Kitchen & dining The full kitchen gives you space to prepare meals at your own pace, whether it’s a casual breakfast before heading out or a relaxed dinner at home. With ample counter space and everyday conveniences, it’s easy to feel at home during both short visits and longer stays. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to four guests across two sleeping areas. The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and is located near the full bathroom. Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom also includes a queen bed, offering a separate sleeping space while remaining connected to the rest of the home. Bed linens and bedroom essentials are provided. Bathroom & laundry A full bathroom is located downstairs and includes bathroom essentials and hot water. An outdoor shower adds a practical and refreshing option after beach days. For longer stays, an in-unit washer and dryer are available. Guest access During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire apartment. There are (2) parking spots available to guests. Other things to note The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera outside - point entrance of unit A, west side to monitor parking, southwest and southeast corner both facing south and east side, these aren't intended to record our guest but for security purposes.
