Holiday cottage near Kläppen and Sälen

Cozy house in Lima with close connection to ski slopes and cross-country tracks. Only 10 km away is Kläppen ski resort. Cross-country ski trails are located in Torgås, 5 km from the house. The space The house consists of 7 beds spread over 3 rooms upstairs. On the lower floor, you have a spacious hall with space to dry boots and clothes and a toilet/shower with washing machine. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven/stove and a wood-burning stove. A living room with sofa, table and TV (not with channels but with AppleTV). Baby crib is available free of charge upon request. In the front yard you have plenty of parking space and access to a storage shed where you can prepare and store skis. Other things to note Cleaning, sheets and towels are not included. The accommodation must be cleaned by the tenant before check-out. We offer a load of wood for the wood stove in the kitchen. For refilling, it is recommended to stop by Ungärde 36 (600 meters from the house). There you can buy fine birch wood for SEK 100 per bag. Charging of electric car not possible
