Swimming pool, barbecue and countryside

Bring the whole family to this great place with plenty of room for fun, it has a swimming pool and soccer field, for children we can put a trampoline (charged separately at cost price). Close to the best beaches in Niterói, as it is located in the Oceânica Region, where we have 5 beaches, Itacoatiara and Itaipu being 7 km away, and Camboinhas, Piratininga and Sossego 9 km away. The space The space contains 2 bedrooms, namely: 1st bedroom - 1 sofa bed and 1 double box bed 2nd bedroom - 2 double box beds Living room 1 double sofa bed Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor and ground floor of the house, so the pool and field are available only to guests. On the second floor there are 3 cats that belong to the house, they usually only stay there and are super tame. THE HOUSE IS NOT SHARED, ONLY THE CATS THAT STAY ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND RARELY CIRCULATE ON THE FIRST. Other things to note We are located 7 km from the beaches of Itacoatiara and Itaipu and 9 km from the beaches of Camboinhas, Piratininga and Sossego. There are 5 beaches to choose from!!!
