The space Guests can enjoy the centrally located Villa with both indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Close to public transport and within a few minutes drive to the townships of Bowral, Mittagong and Moss Vale. The townhouse has all modern appliances, a gourmet kitchen, including a stove top, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and comfortable lounges, posturpedic beds and WI FI with Netflix and Stan. A gas log fire, overhead fans and a totally relaxing atmosphere. In addition to the two bedrooms it has a study in a separate space for quiet reading or relaxation. It has a comfortable lounge and desk that affords the opportunity to check emails in comfort. Guest access The Grange is fully self contained, with a washer and dryer, all modern appliances, and inside and outside entertaining areas. It has a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas cook top with 4 burners and gas oven and microwave. It also has a gas log fire which warms the entire villa, but there are also heaters in each of the bedrooms. In addition, there is also reverse cycle heating and cooling so you’ll be comfortable in all seasons Other things to note The Grange is fully and stylishly equipped with all you could want on a brief or extended stay. Although it is a townhouse, it is more of a house really with all the modern conveniences of indoor and outdoor entertaining, internal access garage, 2 bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen. Not to mention gas fire for warmth and it is conveniently located. It has a lovely back yard with table and chairs for relaxing with a coffee or lunch.
