It is located in the middle of a 108 acres of fields and timberland, where you can enjoy hiking, cycling, winter sports. It is 7.5 miles from St. Johnsbury and Lyndon. Easy access to the VAST Trails as well as the Lamoille Valley Trail. It is a great location for gravel biking, or simply just relaxing. The space There are front and back porches and the orginal schoolhouse windows to watch the sunrise and sunset. It has a large kitchen, the main room has a vaulted ceiling and is open floor plan for dining and living room. There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. There is a small laundry room and large bathroom with an antique claw-foot bathtub. Guest access Guest have access to all rooms except for the basement and attic areas. Guests have access to the open fields and wood lands that are part of the property. We are pet friendly. Other things to note This property has been in our family for 4 generations. There are flower gardens, stone walls, outdoor dining and fire pit in the summer months. Usually lots of snow in winter months.
