The house is spread over 2 floors with a total surface of 235 m² Ground Floor: - Spacious Kitchen - Convenient entrance from the garden, fully equipped, including Nespresso coffee machine. - Dining Room - Ideal for family meals. - Utility Room - Features a dishwasher and washing machine, a small fridge, cleaning supplies and drying rack and a simple toilet - Living Room - Relax with a TV and audio system. - Sunny Veranda - Enjoy the 42 m² space with stunning views over the swimming pool and park, perfect for morning deer watching and playing board games on a rainy day. First Floor: 4 Bedrooms: - One with a king-size bed and a single bed. - Two with double beds. - One with two single beds, an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, and a walk-in closet. Bathrooms: - An ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. - A separate bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Mosquito Nets: All bedrooms and most rooms have mosquito nets on the windows, but be aware that this is a rural house, so various insects are present Outdoor Features: - Patio - Enjoy breakfast or BBQ on the patio with a table. - Swimming Pool Area - Access via a spacious wooden terrace with table and chairs and a large parasol. Other things to note The house has a fiber optic internet connection and wifi. Netflix and Amazon Prime are available (own subscription needed) - Bed sheets, bath and pool towels are included. - Final cleaning is included. However, when you leave, the house must be found in good order, the bed sheets must be removed and your garbage bins taken away. -1 small dog is accepted against fee, but it must stay on the ground floor and is not allowed on the beds and sofa's and dog excrements need to be cleaned off the grounds. - Babysitting and catering available onsite upon request - Baby travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request -Parties with outside guests are not allowed and night raves are prohibited.
