Please do not track sand inside the house. There is an outdoor shower and garden hose on the side of the house to rinse off whatever is needed before entering the house. We look forward to having you stay with us! Guest access The entire home and yard is available for guest access. Guests will not be able to park cars in the garage. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Pet fee is set for one pet per booking. If you have additional pets there an additional charge of $50 per pet. If you have a service animal please be prepared to provide all necessary documentation. Guests are required to authorize a refundable security deposit upon check-in. If no damage occurs, the deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of check-out. Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
