Modern and quietly located apartment in loft style. The apartment offers plenty of space and is therefore also ideal for longer stays. The good connection and positive parking situation allows a quick and stress-free arrival and departure. The apartment is modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Since we live in the house, we can respond quickly and easily and fulfill additional requests. The space Inspired by the surroundings, the great view of Teck Castle gives our apartment the name Teckloft. The converted attic in our 3-family house was completely refurnished and renovated in October 2023. With a lot of love for detail, we want to make it as pleasant as possible for you as a guest on approx. 60 square meters. The apartment is in the beautiful and quiet suburb of Jesingen and offers ample parking in front of the house. From here you can reach public transport within walking distance. A bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office, 4 playgrounds and a doctor are within walking distance. Grocery stores are also in about 15 minutes. You can reach the A8 in less than 10 minutes. This will take you quickly to Ulm, Stuttgart, the trade fair, the airport, the outlet city of Metzingen or the beautiful Swabian Alps for hiking or skiing. AMENITIES KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped. You can cook here or make a frozen meal in the oven. A microwave, coffee pod machine, dishwasher and kettle are also at your disposal. BATHROOM In the large daylight bathroom there is a shower, a hand sink and a toilet. In addition, the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, 2 large mirrors, a makeup mirror and a towel dryer.
