ADELINE Apartment: 3* Apartment, Renovated, 2 Bedrooms (Connected TV & Desk) – Close to Centre. Relax in this quiet and elegant apartment, officially rated 3 stars. Completely renovated in 2022, it is perfect for professionals, families or long stays (up to 5 people). The space Key equipment: Two comfortable bedrooms: Each is equipped with its own connected TV for maximum privacy and relaxation. Workspace: A dedicated office is at your disposal for teleworking or for business travellers (VRP) who need peace of mind. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, to cook as if you were at home. Bathrooms: A modern bathroom with shower and towel rail, and a separate toilet. Convenience: The apartment is located on the 1st or 2nd floor (depending on the apartment) and has excellent thermal and sound insulation. The Safety and Calm Asset: The apartment overlooks a common but enclosed courtyard, offering tranquility and security for your vehicles or for children. Ideal location: 500m from the city centre and 300m from the Water Garden (leisure). Strictly non smoking accommodation. Respect for the place and the neighborhood is fundamental. Guest access Your apartment is fully private Guests will have exclusive and private access to their entire apartment (Adeline, Aude, or Bérangère), including: 1. The living room 2. The fitted kitchen 3. The rooms (1 or 2, depending on the booking) 4. The bathroom and toilet. Access to Common Spaces Guests can also use the common and enclosed courtyard to park their vehicles (subject to availability and respect for other residents). Arrival and Autonomy We encourage our guests to be self-sufficient for arrivals. Access to the apartment is via a secure key box (or code) to allow you to arrive at your best convenience after 4:00 p.m. (standard check-in). We will of course be available and reachable at any time by phone if needed. Other things to note Logistics and Practice Check-out time: Check-out must be no later than 10:00 am to allow for cleaning of the premises before the arrival of the next guests. Key box: Access is secure and autonomous via a key box. The precise instructions and the code will be communicated to you the day before your arrival. Parking: A parking space is available in front of the apartment, 50 m from the apartment or 300 m (water garden) Linen: Bed linen (duvets, sheets) and towels are provided for all guests. Building Rules and Security Neighbourhood: The apartment is located in a quiet property. We ask you to limit noise between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am out of respect for the neighbours. 3-Star Accommodation: Our apartments are classified as 3-Star Tourist Furnished Accommodation. Respect for equipment and places is fundamental. Tourist Tax: In accordance with the legislation in force for Tourist Accommodation, the Tourist Tax is automatically collected by Airbnb and paid directly to the municipality. It is included in the total amount you pay when booking. For Business Travellers Invoicing: An invoice can be provided on request for business trips. Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed internet connection. The code will be displayed in the apartment.
