Head 3 miles up to the historic Iron Age Dunadd Fort or travel a little bit further afield to the fascinating Nether Largie Standing Stones (7 miles). A unique day out can be had at Bellanoch, 4 miles towards the coast. The space Here you'll find a bustling marina and a Scottish beaver and wildlife centre to visit. Continue this way up to Crinan (5 miles), where you'll find a small sandy beach. Sitting adjacent to the owner's holiday home, enter this single-level cottage and immediately come across a spot to hang coats and store muddy boots. The heart of the house is a contemporary yet cosy open-plan living space. Settle into a sofa in the lounge area, with the stylish wood burner flickering away before you. Pop something on the TV or get comfy with a good book. The kitchen can be found up three steps from the open-plan dining area, and is equipped with electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom can be found just off the kitchen and is a spacious twin. A fold-down bed is perfect for a child. The bathroom is a large wet room with waterfall shower and WC.
