The space Located in the very Heart of Canggu, Villa Balika offers a slice of Balinese paradise. Our Villa offers 3 bedrooms (2 located on the first floor, and one on the second floor), all equipped with AC, a queen sized bed, and its own private bathroom, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. The open-air living area seamlessly merges with the tropical garden, giving the property a relaxing atmosphere. You'll also find in the living area a fully equipped kitchen which is perfect to cook (or have someone cook for you) any kind of meals. Our dedicated staff ensures your villa remains immaculate with daily cleaning 6 day per week, pool & garden maintenance 2/3 times per week, and our 24/7 assistance is at your service, making your stay carefree. Located in the heart of Canggu, Villa Balika places you just a short walk away from many cafes and boutiques. To reach the Beach or the famous La Brisa Bar, it will take you a short 5 to 7min drive only. Our property is a perfect pick for groups that are looking for a cosy private villa located in the very heart of the trendy Canggu neighbourhood. Note: no parking space available for cars, only drop-off is possible for regular-sized cars. Parking is limited to a maximum of two bikes. Guest access You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy. FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: *At what time can I check-on or check-out? Our regular Check-in Time is 3pm and our regular Check-out time is 12pm (noon). Early Check-in or Late Check-out might be possible depending on the villa’s availability. *Who do I contact once in Bali? While as your host I will always remain available through Airbnb, your main point of contact onsite will be my team from VBM Concierge, available 24/7 via WA. You can reach out to them 24/7 if you want to organize any services, activities, and tours, encounter any issues requiring a maintenance intervention, or need emergency assistance. *How can I organize some services, activities or tours during my stay? You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of Services, Activities, or Tours with my team onsite, available 24/7 via WA. If you have any questions just let me know! *Can you pre-fill the fridge for me before I arrive? Yes! Our staff can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill). *Do you have mosquitoes or insects at your property? Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere! While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their numbers and presence, we do advise every guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. Note that along with mosquitoes, it is also very common to spot other bugs and insects in open spaces or in the garden (lizards, bats, ants etc), all of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life :) *Do you provide laundry services? We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged. Note that while we can assist you, we can't be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from the laundry.
