The only areas not accessible are the garage and the basement mechanical room, which are locked for storage and maintenance Other things to note 🌿 Other Details to Note The sunroom is a semi-outdoor space with original louvered windows. It can be warm in the summer and chilly in the winter. A ceiling fan is provided, and guests are welcome to open the door to the kitchen to help it feel more comfortable — though that may not be sufficient during extreme temperatures. Since the sunroom is not a fully sealed room, you may occasionally notice bugs or dust. We do our best to keep it clean and it is sprayed regularly, but with a home this size and limited time between guest stays, we appreciate your understanding. Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard, though it’s not set up as a formal entertaining space. Most group gatherings are best enjoyed indoors or on the deck/patio.
