Furnished with utilities (power and fast Wi-Fi) included. Washer, dryer and full-size refrigerator included. The space I have three duplexes and five units available. The 3 duplexes form a U-shaped courtyard. Quiet and private. Each duplex has a one- and two-bedroom unit. this is the two-bedroom unit. The ambiance is quiet solitude and only a short one block walk to the water and peaceful contemplative water views. These units were built in 1954 and have a vintage retro feel while you can still enjoy all the modern amenities. Guest access When you check in you will have a door code and the entire apartment will be available for use. Included are a back porch deck and yard area. Common areas are also for guest use.
