The space The unit has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with a smart TV set, a dining table and a balcony with a coffee table. It is approximately 70 m2 large. Other things to note The unit is on the second floor and there is no lift. There is no dedicated parking on the property, however, there is plenty of parking available in the street. Our unit is located in the centre of Coolum beach, 200 m away from the beach and the main street with various Cafes, restaurants, services and shops. Its location offers numerous possibilities for a pristine experience of nature. For example, a morning hike to Mt Coolum to enjoy the view of the bay or a 9 km walk or run to Mt Emu. The south entrance to the Noosa National Park is 15-minute drive by car, and the Kondallila national park is 45 minutes. One can explore the beautiful hinterland of the Sunshine Coast or the Glass House Mountains. There is Aqua park, a swimming pool and a playground for kids in Coolum beach.
