One of the more unique properties you will find! Just off I90 in North Idaho. For the fisherman: the CDA River is across the street. For the skier: Silver Mtn Ski Resort and Lookout Ski Resort is within 10 & 20 minutes. For the adventurer; thousands of miles of 4wheeling, snowmobiling, biking, and hiking in all directions. Multiple golf courses and casinos nearby as well! Families and group friendly. 1000sf auditorium is perfect for events or large groups! Trailer/RV parking for an extra fee. The space Historic remodeled high school with an auditorium. This space has a main bedroom, a large west room/second bedroom, and a massive auditorium/third bedroom as well. The auditorium features two beds, a single fold out couch, a queen fold out couch and room for air mattresses. After the 8 total beds, it is floor sleeping only. Guests are responsible for their own mattresses and bedding. There is a kitchenette, 1.5 baths (with washer/dryer), and more! The main bedroom has a queen and x-tall twin. The west room has a sitting area, desk, couch, TV and small card table and 2 x-tall twin beds. The auditorium has 2 twin beds, a queen sofa and a single sofa bed. Also, 3 long tables & chairs are available for use. One bath is a full bathroom with tub; the second is a half bath with a washer & dryer. There is a kitchenette (with refrigerator, microwave, sink & dishwasher *** NO STOVE***). Garage is available with prior arrangements, but must be reserved before your stay. It is not included with a standard booking. If you are bringing sports equipment the garage must be reserved as no equipment is allowed inside the school. *** PLEASE NOTE, OWNER KEEPS A PRIVATE APARTMENT ON ONE SIDE OF THE BUILDING, AND MAY BE USING IT DURING YOUR STAY. YOUR AREA IS COMPLETELY PRIVATE WITH NO SHARED SPACE, THE OWNERS UNIT IS SEPARATED BY A LOCKED DOOR. *** Across the freeway from Silver Valley Express shuttle to the ski resort and other towns in the valley on weekdays only. Guest access After the 8 beds, it is floor sleeping only. Guests are responsible for their own mattresses and bedding.
