Enjoy stunning 180-degree Lake Macquarie water views, paired with chic designer furniture for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This standalone house is in a great location, with only a 4 min drive (1.9km) to the Wangi Wangi shops (IGA, bakery, food outlets), RSL and local sailing club. Accessing the lake waterfront is easy with only a 3 min walk from the property. A great bush-like walk along the water also takes you to the infamous 'Pearl Beach' (rocky beach). The space This cute house has amazing water views which are visible from the long balcony running the full width of the property and the master bedroom. Sit back on our Bo Concept sofa and watch the TV and the view at the same time! There is a two-car parking concrete space at the top of the property, then you walk down some stairs and enter the property via the kitchen door. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with amazing water views, while the second room offers a bunk bed (double & single) and a trundle bed, perfect for families or groups. Please note when in use the trundle bed goes right to the wall, limiting access for those in sleeping the double bed. We will not automatically make up the trundle bed, so advise in advance if you would like this additional bed made up. There is also an adequate kitchen with oven, cooktop and full-size fridge. An external laundry is also a useful feature of the property. Accessed via (steep) stairs in the living room, there is an additional rumpus / living space, set up with a couch and TV. Perfect for the kids to escape while parents enjoy upstairs! Please note for security reasons there are external security cameras located at the two entry points of the house. Guest access Guests have access to the full property, standalone house. Note to access the front door, guests are required to walk down a set of stairs - not suitable for those with mobility issues. Also, to access the downstairs rumpus room, you will need to walk down quite steep stairs from the living room. Alternatively, you can access this room by walking outside down the side of the house. Other things to note High speed Wi-Fi lets you stream videos and take calls with ease. Mild natured dogs are allowed upon request. Please see rules regarding dogs.
