You'll enjoy the entire unit to yourself which spans 1,100sq ft and includes 3 balconies! With space for up to 6 to sleep, the unit is fully furnished and stocked with everything you will need during your stay. Centrally located close to the airport, the strip and hospitals, our community includes 3 pools and 2 hot tubs you will have access to during the year round sunshine in Vegas. The space INSIDE We know how important it is to feel at home when choosing a place to stay, which is why we’ve created Cactus Condo with design, convenience and comfort in mind. In the main living space, you’ll enjoy an open concept where the living room, dining room and kitchen flow together with the first balcony. You will enjoy a 65 inch smart TV from the most comfortable lazy boy couches, complete with 4 recliners. The dining room table seats four, with the French doors out to the balcony just behind it. Two more seats are included outside along with a table, overlooking a great view of the pool and all day warm sunshine. In the kitchen, you will have everything you need to cook every meal of the day, along with marble counter tops and updated appliances. Cactus Condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. In the master bedroom, you will enjoy the beautiful king size hand-carved Albaron bed frame with a tempurpedic mattress and smart TV, and just steps from the bed are another set of french doors, leading out to your own personal balcony with seating and a table for two. The master also has an ensuite bathroom with granite counter tops and double sinks, a separate toilet room and the biggest bathtub/shower of all time. The guest bedroom just next door to the master includes a pull down queen size Murphy bed. This space doubles as an office, and has plenty of room even with the bed down. There is a full desk with drawers and storage, great for those working from home during their stay. Included is the fastest wifi available. The guest room would also work great for a workout room or yoga studio, as the bed can fold up leaving plenty of space. The guest room also includes French doors out to its own balcony, and the washer and dryer are in the closet off this balcony. Lastly, the guest bathroom includes double sinks with granite counter tops and a large walk in shower. OUTSIDE Cactus Condo sits on the second floor in a building with 4 units, 2 on the bottom and 2 on the top. All have outside entrances, so to enter, you will walk up the stairs to the unit’s front door. You will see a cactus welcome mat to know you’re at the right place. The community has 3 swimming pools, two of which have hot tubs as well. You will have access to all 3 areas all year round. You will have 1 covered parking spot and ample extra spots and street parking for any additional vehicles. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The community is on the border of Henderson and Las Vegas; when you drive into the community, you enter Henderson, so it is much more centrally located than people think. The condo is just 10 minutes from the south part of the strip, directly down Sunset Road, which runs below the airport. It is also just 10 minutes to the airport. There are many places to eat and shop within walking distance from the condo. Our community is close to highway 215, making it quick and easy to get anywhere in Vegas. Within a 10 minute drive, you will find everything from entertainment to shopping malls and hospitals. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo including 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 3 balconies. You will also have access to our community amenities, including 3 swimming pools and 2 hot tubs. There is a smart lock on the door where you will have your own custom code for easy, keyless entry.
