This brand new tiny house is equipped with every comfort including a wood-fired hot tub by the terrace and enclosed garden on a 300m2 plot. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds with separate duvets and pillows. There is a smart TV with Chromecast and there is WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer. On the upper floor (low) there are 2 mattresses where an additional 2 children can sleep. The house is heated/cooled by air conditioning. The space The tiny house is attractively decorated with French garden doors, the cozy sitting area with TV with the adjoining dining area by the kitchen. It is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort, a fridge with freezer, a stove, dishwasher and coffee maker and kettle. The toilet is in the bathroom with a rain shower. The master bedroom has 2 single beds with separate duvets and pillows, as well as a wardrobe. The other bedroom is located behind the dining area, in which there are 2 separate single beds with duvets and pillows and a small wardrobe. If you go up the stairs, you will reach the low attic, where there are 2 mattresses, duvets and pillows, and children could sleep. Outside on the terrace is a 6-person dining area, on the lawn is a lovely hanging chair to read a book or relax, behind the terrace is the wood-burning hot tub, all this is entirely for the private use of the renting guests. The tiny house is quietly located and adjacent to the woods, within cycling distance of the center of Putten. Guest access You rent the entire house including hot tub, so you can enjoy your vacation in peace and privacy, the garden is enclosed, so the dog can run loose. This home is for vacation purposes only. Work migrants/workers are not welcome, will be deported immediately and no refund Other things to note Please note: You should bring your own bedding in 1 person size (90X200 cm) bath towels and kitchen linen during your stay. We do not rent these! If you do not bring them, you will be charged laundry/dry cleaning costs for bedding afterwards. Please note: This vacation home is only available for vacation or recreational purposes. Renting to labor migrants/bachelor parties or the like is not allowed and in case of doubt or nuisance, you will be denied access immediately, without a refund!
