The house is specifically set up for guests so everybody will enter through the front door but each bedroom is private with its own lock and key, only accessible by the person who has the room reservation. The common areas like the kitchen, bathroom and living room areas may be shared with other airbnb verified professionals who may make reservations for the two other private rooms within the house Bed linens and towels are provided as well as a personal bar soap for every guest. You are of course welcomed to bring your own! The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans , dishes, utensils, as well as a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge available for all guests to use during their stay. I do have some house rules for expectations that I ask everybody if they can follow before confirming any reservation. Those rules are no partying, no intoxication, as well as no overnight or extra guests unless added to the reservation for the safety and security of my house as well as other guests that may be staying. You'll receive instructions for lock box access the morning you're set to arrive! If keys are misplaced there will be a replacement fee of $100 and a $25 fee for after hours assistance or house calls. There is free parking on the street (which I recommend) as well as a large driveway! If guests are staying longer than 7 days you will be required to have a linen change. You can wash your own linen free of charge or you can have them replaced for you for an additional cleaning fee of $15. If linens are found to be damaged after you checkout there will be a fee $50 per damaged linen
