Please, make yourself at home! ➤ Please note that guests can expect to hear some noise during their stay, for example, traffic, as this apartment is conveniently located near the highway. ➤ This property does NOT include free parking, however, guests can use the street parking in front of the building and it can be a nightly rental. Other things to note ➤ The water heater is managed by the building and maintains a regular temperature of 85°F. We do not have control over adjustments to the temperature. ➤ Please note that guests can expect to hear some noise during their stay, for example, traffic, as this apartment is conveniently located near the highway. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender.
