A convenient in-suite laundry facility, equipped with a washer and dryer, is at your disposal for all your wardrobe refreshments. Our generous three-bedroom configuration is thoughtfully supplied with six plush towels and washcloths to commence your indulgent experience. Should the need arise for additional linens, we are on hand to fulfill your request. Please be advised that while an elevator will carry you to the 15th floor, your journey to the pinnacle—our penthouse—includes a brief ascent via two staircases. Guest access Arrival & Quiet Hours Your urban sanctuary is available for entry after 4 pm, accessible via a secure lockbox system to retrieve your keys. We hold the tranquility of our community in high regard and request that you honor the quiet hours established for the peace of all residents. While families with small children are indeed welcome, please note that our home is not specifically childproofed. Booking & Checkout For the integrity of our booking process, we ask that reservations be made under your full legal name. Guests must complete the online check-in form and sign the rental agreement in order to receive check-in instructions and access to the apartment. Departure is scheduled for 11 am. Should your itinerary require additional time, we can accommodate a late checkout up until 1 pm for an additional fee of $35 per hour.
