No more than 16 guests are allowed on premises at any given time between 8am-9:30pm and no more than 6 guests are allowed on premises from 9:30pm-8:00am without additional fees applied. The second story of the property has a 1,500 square foot sanctuary with 13-foot rounded ceilings and includes a living and dining area, along with a gourmet chef’s kitchen on the sanctuary stage (perfect for private chef’s and caterers), and a spa-like bathroom with an oversized and extra-deep Moroccan copper bathtub. The upstairs level also includes a chesterfield sofa with a queen sized sofa bed. The 1,500 square foot downstairs level has a gear storage closet perfect for skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, fishing rods, and is equipped with electric heated boot dryers and gear-drying racks. The downstairs level boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and includes a lounge area with TV, along with a euro sized kitchen and guest laundry room. Each bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite or dedicated bathrooms, and includes designer furnishings, linens, fixtures, toiletries, bath salts, hair dryers and towels.
