It’s a peaceful countryside retreat and is one of the relaxing holiday homes located next to a historic Cobb & Co station. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note the farm uses bore water, as expected in a rural area. We recommend bringing your own drinking water. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings, except for the hosts' private residence. We recommend noting the exact location, as there are no marked paths. Preorders available with 24 hrs notice: - Fishing Rod is available for $15 a day - Kayak rental is available for $20 a day - Firewood is available for an extra cost of $35 per bag - Mobile reception is good for Telstra & Optus, while Vodafone has weak signal Other things to note - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed inside the tiny home or outdoors - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times.
