It is located in a quiet, idyllic location and in the immediate vicinity of Lake Lech on the edge of the forest overlooking a beautiful panorama of the foothills of the Alps. It has about 84 square meters of living space. The open living/kitchen area is comfortable, modern and tastefully furnished in a country house style. A dining area completes the whole. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. The east-facing, approx. 15 sqm terrace is accessible from the living room. Via a staircase in the living area you can reach the upper floor, where there is a bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as two bedrooms. From the two bedrooms you can access the balcony, which is also oriented to the east. In the bedrooms there is a double bed as well as a wardrobe. The bedrooms are equipped with a mains disconnection against electrosmog. The bedrooms are examined for interference radiation/fields according to Feng Shui and aligned from a positive atmosphere, so you can enjoy a healthy and restful sleep.
