The space It would be difficult to find a vacation rental that allows you to walk out your door and onto beach. Enjoy a bright modern living space with all new furniture. Walks on the beach. Lobster boils on beach. Bonfires on beach. Reading on beach. Swimming and soaking in the sun on the beach. Getting the picture? Enjoy warm ocean water, sail boats and fishing boats floating by. It's all here, there will be no disappointment. Guest access Beach is steps away. Walk, jog or saunter the 3km stretch of beach. Water is warm in the summer months, up to 73 degrees. Town is just 25 min away w golfing, shopping and spas. Other things to note This is the lower apartment. We live in the upper level but are rarely home. You have patio doors, deck and chairs to relax. Paddle boards, and kayaks available. It is private.
