Other things to note The reservation price includes a chef and an assistant to do the daily cleaning, preparation of breakfast and lunch (food not included), maintenance of gardens and swimming poo.. The shift is from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with lunch time. * Silence from 10pm til 8am * Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property * A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in * At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
