Please note: This home’s original 1900s charm means steep stairs and charmingly sloped ceilings on the third floor (lowest point under 5 feet). Handrails are provided for safety and ease. Also, to protect our vintage plumbing, please flush only the provided toilet paper, no wipes, even “flushable” ones. Street parking is free and available right outside and nearby, but keep an eye on street cleaning days (first and third Monday & Tuesday each month) to avoid parking tickets. Come experience the cozy warmth and unique character of this historic gem, your perfect home away from home! We do allow 1-2 dogs at an additional fee ($50/$75), not cats, but I ask that they stay off the furniture and bedding and not be left alone for more than three-four hours. It is preferable that they be crated when left alone because of the anxiety of being in a new place and the potential for damage to the house. *Window AC units HAVE been installed for the 2025 summer season Guest access Guests have access to the entire house minus basement, along with the fenced in backyard with patio. Other things to note You are just a short drive from all that Lancaster County has to offer.
