In a neighborhood known for its award-winning restaurants, lively art scene, boutique shops, scenic churches. The space It is a second floor apartment with it's own entrance and stairs to the rear of the building and a recent remodel with a new kitchen & bathroom. The apartment has a private entrance with indoor stairway to this second floor unit. There is a private parking spot just outide the door. It has central air and heat contolled by its own thermostat. There is a large desk and office chair for work and Eero Mesh Wifi for great internet. Guest access There is a lighted parking space just outside the door. Enter with a keypad lock that is changed after every guest. There is central heat and air with a thermostat to control the temperature.
