Casa Velha Videira is a gorgeous and comfortable house, which has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and pantry, a terrace with swimming pool, air conditioning, BBQ and a beautiful garden. Fully equipped for an excellent stay! It is approximately 1 km from Praia da Marinha and approximately 3 km from Praia de Benagil, so guests will be able to enjoy a beautiful sea view. There are two restaurants just a few meters from the house, and several services in the nearby city of Lagoa. The space Casa Velha is a 4 bedroom villa set in a gorgeous private garden offering a fabulous swimming pool and an ocean view. This is the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying outdoor life - you can go for a swim or snooze by the pool in one of the many sun loungers, enjoy meals outdoors, or walk to Marinha beach (15 minute walk) where the 7 Hanging Valleys trail begins. Although this is a residential area, there is a lovely restaurant nearby. If you need supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars Carvoeiro and Lagoa are only a 10- 15 minute drive from Casa Velha Videira. Casa Velha Videira boasts a beautiful and bright south-facing living room, which opens onto a terrace where you will find a wonderful swimming pool and an eating area covered by a porch that provides lovely shade. During the summer, the pool water is usually relatively warm; during the cooler months, the swimming pool water can be heated at an additional cost of 120€ per week. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the pool IS NOT fenced off. Since we take safety very seriously, we believe this may prove a risk for small unsupervised children. Casa Velha Videira has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, namely, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and two twin bedrooms, one of these with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There is an additional bathroom with shower, located just opposite to one of the twin bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom is accessed by marble stairs. This is a south-facing double bedroom, with a small entrance hall , a bathroom with bathtub, and a beautiful terrace offering a truly fantastic sea view. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a pantry where you can find a breakfast area with table and chairs, a small breakfast fridge, the washing machine and a small kitchen storage cupboard. At the back of the house there is a huge area with clothes lines for drying clothes in the open air. To access Casa Velha Videra there is an automatic gate. Inside the house's walled gardens, there is an outdoor area where you can park and turn around cars . The garden is relatively big and beautiful, and is very well looked after by a team of gardeners once a week. The swimming pool has a great sun exposure and in the cooler months the water may be heated, at an additional cost. At the bottom of the garden there is an open area with a barbecue that guests can use, very close to the eating area by the pool. This rental includes all linen, namely bed linen, bath and face towels and beach towels. We also provide some basic hygiene products. Wifi, books, dvds and games . Casa Vilha Videira has a complaints book, in compliance with Portuguese law. Lagoa recently introduced a Municipal Tourist Tax of €2.00 per night (or 1€ per night from 1 November to 31 March), to be paid per person for guests aged 13+, for the first seven nights of a stay.
