Come stay in our lovely home and make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. NO CLEANING FEE! This cozy and comfy home is located 20 minutes from Tampa Airport, 10 minutes to Downtown St Pete. 20 minutes to beautiful beaches. walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, nails salon, ice cream shop, Chinese Buffet, liquor store, gas station,tennis and basketball courts, public pool, beautiful and relaxing park and more. 5 minutes away from public golf course. Endless fun! The space We want to show appreciation to our guests and, therefore, decided to waive the cleaning fee. We only ask our valuable guests to please keep the place as clean as possible. The house has a living room, 2 bedrooms and a guest bathroom in the front. kitchen is in the middle. Dining/family room, master bedroom, walking closet, and master bathroom are in the back of the house. Note to the guests, the house is on a busy street. There is an Alexa speaker that you can use to play music and control the thermostat. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the amenities while they stay. Other things to note There is a beautiful park you can walk to. Disney is 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens is 30 minutes away. We are located in a convenient location.
